Searching For Items
We have so many items, the best way to navigate our site and browse items is to use the search box. E.g. enter pajamas to pull up all pajamas. If you find a line of products you like, look for the product ID in the browser line or description and put the first few letters in the search box. E.g. to find all items with similar sizing to the Glitzy Glamour Sweater below, enter NEAPP. Need Something in a Hurry?
Type "READY" in the search box to see some of our most popular items that are immediately on hand to ship. Don't forget to specify in your comment box your "Ship by" date so that we can ship within a week. Need to Get in Touch with Us Quickly?
Send an email or better still, use our HELP desk. Look for the HELP DESK button on the HOME PAGE or CONTACT US pages. It's a round blue or red button labelled "HELP." A rep will usually get back to you within 1 to 2 days. Maybe a little longer during holiday periods or non-business days. Please remember, we do not have phone customer service. Our phone line is for Product Inquiries or Phone Orders .
Where's My Order?
Remember, our average production time is 1 to 3 weeks. You may want to check your shipping selection. Some customers reduce their shipping charge by selecting the 10 to 15 business day option, but forget that they have done so or don't look at our business days. We are closed most Fridays. If you set up an account when you checked out, you can log in to check the status of your order. Here are some quick tips: - "Pending" means we haven't charged you yet.
- "Approved" means your item is in production.
- "Recent" mean we may have ordered your item yet, but you can still log in to cancel.
- "Complete" your item(s) are in the shipping queue and will ship shortly or are about to ship.
