Please put your ORDER NUMBER in the subject header. Product Inquiries should include the name of the product...not the sku. With over a thousand items, we do not have them all memorized by SKU. If you'd like to check the status of an order, (or cancel one that hasn't been processed), please go to the customer account page. You can also subscribe to our mailing list. Mailing list subscribers are eligible for sample sale purchases and free shipping on selected items.
