Casey Crosby -half Shih Tzu, half Lhasa Apso- Runner Up August 2007 Dog Model Contest
1) This is Casey wearing Doggles and a denim jacket by Gooby.
2) a. Her name is Casey. She is a 2 year old half Shih Tzu, half Lhasa Apso (we call her Lhasa Shitz).
b. Our reason for selecting this breed was because we had a Lhasa Apso for 14 years that we adored and wanted another one after she went to dog heaven. Having the blend with both the Lhasa and the Shih Tzu is absolutely perfect. She is so loving and playful and keeps us entertained. We got her from a local breeder in our area.
c. Casey's measurements:
Weight: 12.5 lbs.
Length: 13.5 in. (from shoulder to tail)
Neck: 11 in.
Girth: 17 in.
d. Casey's favorite activity is going to the park to see her buddies. She likes to greet the humans first before her canine buddies. She loves to play with all her toys and especially loves to chase her Frisbee and ball. She will do anything for a treat and knows several tricks besides basic commands. She loves to ride in the car with her people.
e. She wears clothes all the time, especially in the winter when it's cold. She is great about wearing her clothes and takes everything in stride.
