Your pet�s measurements are very important for safe, comfortable travel. For a proper fit, carefully measure and weigh your pet. Length: is from the nape of the neck (where the collar is) to the base of the tail. Height: is from the floor to the shoulder. Weight: should not exceed maximum weight. Please don't try to force fit your pet into a carrier that is too small.
For pets up to 10lbs, 13" L x 8" H. use a small tote.
For pets up to 16lbs, 16" L x10" H use a medium (standard) tote.
